Aruna Chhaya is a luminous Banarasi Kadhua saree that celebrates movement—of colour, light, and craft. Woven on a silk base that shifts gently between warm saffron, coral, and rose tones, the saree carries the visual softness of sunlight passing through fabric.

The body features delicately winding floral vines, punctuated by bold paisley and fruit-inspired butis in vivid pink and gold. These motifs are individually woven using the Kadhua technique, giving them precision, depth, and a quiet permanence within the weave. The contrast between the fluid vine layout and the assertive butis lends the saree its distinctive rhythm.

A classic Banarasi border with floral detailing frames the saree, while the pallu unfolds into dense zari work that grounds the vibrancy of the body. The interplay of colour and zari feels celebratory yet composed—rich without being overpowering.

This is a saree that reveals itself gradually, designed to catch light differently with every fold and movement.
