Refund policy

 

At Maeri Manddi, all products are handcrafted and quality-checked prior to dispatch. As per our business policy and applicable Indian consumer law, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged Product on Delivery

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product, and
  • A continuous unboxing video recorded from the time the package is opened.

Claims raised after 24 hours or without proper documentation will not be eligible for consideration.

Resolution

Upon verification:

  • We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Colour, texture, or weave variations inherent to handloom products
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or discounted items
