Shipping policy

At Maeri Manddi, all products are either in limited stock or handcrafted on a made-to-order basis. Accordingly, shipping timelines vary based on product availability and production requirements.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India (Pan-India).

Processing & Dispatch Timelines

In-stock products: Dispatched within 7–14 days from order confirmation.
Made-to-order / customised products: Dispatched within 4–12 weeks, depending on weaving, finishing, and quality checks.

All timelines are indicative and communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier partner and delivery location. While we work with reputed logistics providers, delays beyond our control may occur.

Force Majeure

Maeri Manddi shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, artisan or raw-material delays, or logistical constraints.

Such delays shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Important Notes

Orders for made-to-order or customised products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Address changes are not permitted after order confirmation.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Our Return & Refund Policy applies strictly. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of documented damage upon delivery reported within 24 hours.
